Conflict Coaching

Conflict Coaching

In conflict coaching, you will work individually with a skilled dispute resolution professional who will support, guide and assist you when you are involved in any type of conflict, legal or otherwise.

Conflict coaching is useful in many different scenarios.  Perhaps it’s one or two sessions to help you clarify your thoughts and goals, or expand your perspective on a given situation.  Or, sessions can be used to help clarify what to expect from the legal system, and guide you to present your best self.  Coaching is sometimes used as a safe space – with guidance and feedback - to practice explaining your situation in a way that is concise and accurate, to prepare for mediation or other court processes.

You might be a conflict avoider who would benefit from a few sessions of coaching to help you be more comfortable with tense or stressful situations.  We have practitioners with decades of experience working with people in a myriad of ways to assist them in moving through conflict and/or legal processes with effectiveness and reduced stress.
